Cancellation depends on the order you have placed and may vary depending on the floral product selected, its delivery method and the delivery date.
Contact us as soon as possible via the channel of your choice:

Good to know:
- If delivery is expected in 2 working days or more: the order can be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.
- If delivery is scheduled for the following day: in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, the customer will be reimbursed for the full price of the accessories, delivery charges and the Interflora Plus subscription, if taken out at the time of the order, up to a limit of 50% of the price of the floral product.
- If delivery is scheduled for the same day: in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer will be required to pay the full price of the floral product but the delivery charges, the price of the accessories and the Interflora Plus subscription will be reimbursed in full.
