You think your order has not been delivered?
- You've received an e-mail confirming delivery, but the recipient assures you that it hasn't taken place?
- As soon as our florist has made your delivery, he/she validates it and an e-mail is immediately sent to you to inform you.
- If the recipient was absent, the florist also informs you, and you receive an e-mail and/or SMS with the status of your order: recipient absent and/or voice message, so the florist is waiting for contact with the recipient. The tracking system is automatically updated.
- If, however, the recipient assures you that they have not received your floral arrangement, even though you had received an e-mail confirming delivery of your order, please contact us.
