Here is the information you need to modify your order once it has been validated:
Your order will be picked up and delivered by a florist:
- All changes are possible until 5:00 pm the day before delivery by logging into your customer area here
Your order is picked up by our workshop and delivered by carrier:
- All modifications are possible until 1:30 pm the day before delivery.
- After this time, we will no longer be able to make changes to your order, which will be taken care of.
- To send us your change request, please contact us by clicking here.
How do I know whether my order will be delivered by a florist or a carrier?
When you select one of our arrangements, you'll be given all the information and advice you need to make your choice.
To find out whether your order will be delivered by a florist or by our Atelier, you'll find the information just below the name of the floral product you've selected.
Has your recipient informed you of an unforeseen event in his or her schedule? Please complete our contact form and an Interflora advisor will get back to you within 24 hours.
